I wish to report fraudulent activity concerning this company which cashed full pre-payment, lied about insurance and asked for more money just to put our names back on our flight tickets. Nothing has taken off except their bank account. All consumers should be aware of their deceptive practices, totally out of line with common ballooning practices across Europe
