The Fleece is Cirencester's only town-centre 3-star hotel. Privately owned and managed, it occupies a grade II listed building in the market square. With its old beams and log fires, the Fleece has been a popular meeting place for over three centuries. Facilities include car park, friendly public bar, residents lounge, residents dining room, sheltered courtyard, ‘1651' bar brasserie and twenty eight bedrooms with en suite bathroom, television, radio, telephone, modem point, room safe that holds a lap-top PC, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, trouser press and selection of hot drinks.‘1651’ serves excellent cuisine at sensible prices with a complimentary 1/3 bottle of wine for residents having dinner on Monday to Thursday
